1. Who we are
AFRIQJ (Africa Quality Journeys) operates this platform, which presents travel inventory, planning tools and concierge services for journeys across Africa.
2. The service today
The platform currently operates as a preview. Listings, prices and itineraries shown in the demo are illustrative samples. Booking requests are fulfilled by our concierge team by email confirmation, and no payment is collected through this website.
3. Booking requests
Submitting a booking request creates no contract until we confirm availability and price in writing. Supplier terms, including the cancellation and refund policies of hotels, airlines and operators, apply to each confirmed booking and are communicated before confirmation.
4. Fair use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' information, scrape content at scale, or use the AI assistant to generate unlawful content.
5. AI assistant
The AI assistant provides travel suggestions and information. It can be wrong. Verify visa, health and entry requirements with official sources before travelling; AFRIQJ is not liable for decisions made solely on assistant output.
6. Intellectual property
The AFRIQJ name, Q mark, brand assets and platform content are the property of AFRIQJ and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFRIQJ's liability in connection with the preview service is limited to amounts actually paid to AFRIQJ for the affected booking.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the version published here applies. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
